Day and night rated hi vis cotton drill work shirt, printed with your logo.

Base price includes a free chest logo. JB’s Wear 6DNWL classic-fit long sleeve work shirt in 150gsm double pre-shrunk 100% cotton drill, with JB’s reflective tape around the body and both sleeves, so it is rated for night work as well as day. Wide back neck yoke with concealed mesh and cooling gussets at the underarms keep the air moving, every pressure point is bar tacked, and the two flapped chest pockets take a pen. This is the taped version of our day-only work shirt — same shirt, same drill, plus the night rating.

Print positions on this shirt

We print on the fluoro panel only, and always clear of the reflective tape. A logo pressed across the contrast panel sits half on each colour and reads as a mistake, and pressing over the tape flattens it — which costs you the night rating this shirt is bought for. A shirt also has hardware a tee does not, so between the tape and the pockets the print areas are tighter here than on any other garment we sell:

  • Chest logos sit above the pocket. Both chest pockets have a button-down flap, and we will not press over a flap — it is a double layer with a stud in it. That leaves the strip between the yoke and the pocket, so a chest logo on this shirt is about 9 × 7 cm rather than the 10 × 10 cm we can do on a tee
  • The back print goes above the top tape band, in the clear fluoro area between the yoke and the tape — around 25 × 15 cm rather than a full-height back print
  • Sleeve prints are small. The sleeve tape sits just below the shoulder, so a sleeve logo goes above it — think a monogram, initials or a short name rather than a full logo
  • Every order gets a free mockup before we press, so you see exactly where your logo lands and how big it is

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit and no setup fee. On cotton drill the transfer bonds hard and stays flexible, and ours are tested to 50+ washes with no cracking or fading.

  • Wash inside out, cold or warm (max 40°C), gentle cycle
  • No bleach, no fabric softener on the print
  • Hang dry, or tumble dry low
  • Iron inside out only — never directly on the print, and never over the reflective tape
  • Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Size guide

All measurements in centimetres. Chest is a half-chest measurement — taken across the garment laid flat, not around your body. Length is centre-back, from the base of the collar to the hem.

How to measure: lay a work shirt you already wear flat and buttoned, sleeves out. Measure straight across from side seam to side seam just below the armhole. The collar column is the neck measurement in cm, which is the quickest way to size a shirt if you already know your collar. The drill is pre-shrunk, so it holds its size — but it is a work fit, cut roomy over the shoulders on purpose.
