Shipping Policy

We ship within Australia only. Every order is sent with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates

DTF transfers & sample packs	$12 flat — free on transfer orders over $120
Custom apparel	$20 flat — free on apparel orders over $200

Rates are flat regardless of order size or destination within Australia, so a large team order never costs more to ship than a single item.

If your cart contains both transfers and custom apparel and neither line reaches its free-shipping threshold, the two rates apply together. Once a line passes its threshold, that line ships free.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Processing time is separate from delivery time, and it starts once your artwork is approved — not when you place the order.

• DTF transfers — dispatched 24–48 hours after we approve your artwork. Print-ready files are usually approved the same business day we receive them.
• Free sample packs — dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Custom apparel — we email a free mockup within 1 business day. Once you approve it, we order in, print, press and dispatch within 3–6 business days.

Large team orders (100 or more garments) may take longer; we will tell you the expected date when we send your mockup.

Delivery time

Australia Post standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch, Australia-wide. Remote and regional areas can take longer. These are Australia Post estimates and are not guaranteed by us.

Local pickup

Pickup from Adelaide is available by appointment. Email us to arrange a time.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can re-send it once you cover the postage again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is damaged in transit, email hello@dtfmotion.com.au with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. If tracking shows a parcel has stalled or gone missing, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and sort it out with you.

International

We do not currently ship outside Australia. Join our mailing list to be notified when we do.
