Please confirm your print size. A file's pixel dimensions are not its print size — the same logo can be printed at 5 cm or 25 cm. Tell us the width you want in cm above; otherwise we use the standard size for that position and show it in your free mockup.

Biz Collection’s P405 Razor is a 155gsm BIZ COOL interlock with grid mesh underarm and side panels, contrast piping front and back, and UPF 50+: a proper performance polo rather than a heavy uniform one. It also comes in a matching womens cut and a kids cut in the same colourways — so a whole club, crew or family can match.

Print positions on the Razor
The Razor carries a printed mesh feature down each sleeve and side panel, plus contrast piping that runs from the shoulder to the hem front and back. Prints go on the clean panels between that detail:
- Left or right chest, inside the piping — up to about 10 × 10 cm
- Full front and full back, between the piping lines
- Upper back and lower back

Print & care
We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit, no setup fee. Our transfers are tested to 50+ washes with no cracking or fading.
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Line dry — do not tumble dry
- No bleach, no dry cleaning, no fabric softener on the print
- Cool iron, inside out only — never directly on the print
- Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Biz Collection publishes a chest measurement for this style and not a body length. If you need the length before you commit, email us and we will measure one off the shelf for you.
How to measure: lay a polo you already wear flat. Measure straight across from side seam to side seam, 2.5 cm below where the sleeve meets the body — that is the half-chest. Note there is no 6XL in this style: it runs S–5XL and then jumps to 7XL.
