Print positions on the Razor

The Razor carries a printed mesh feature down each sleeve and side panel, plus contrast piping that runs from the shoulder to the hem front and back. Prints go on the clean panels between that detail:

• Left or right chest, inside the piping
• Full front and full back, between the piping lines
• Upper back and lower back

Print sizes on kids sizes

A junior polo is a lot narrower than an adult one, so a full size print does not fit. We scale the artwork to suit the size ordered:

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit, no setup fee. Our transfers are tested to 50+ washes with no cracking or fading.

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Line dry — do not tumble dry
• No bleach, no dry cleaning, no fabric softener on the print
• Cool iron, inside out only — never directly on the print
• Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Artwork

• Best files: PNG with a transparent background, or vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. These print exactly as supplied
• JPGs, screenshots and photos of a logo are still accepted. If the background has to be cut out an artwork fee may apply — we always quote before we start and you can approve or decline
• Text only — a club name, player names or numbers? Type it into the notes on this page and we set it for free
• 300 DPI at the final print size
• Minimum line thickness 0.5 mm so fine detail holds
• White in your artwork prints as white ink — if you want the garment colour to show through, make it transparent
• Up to 20 MB per file through the uploader; larger files, just email them

Size guide

All measurements in centimetres. Chest is a half-chest measurement — taken across the garment laid flat, not around the child.

Biz Collection publishes a chest measurement for this style and not a body length. If you need the length before you commit, email us and we will measure one off the shelf for you.

How to measure: lay a polo the child already wears flat. Measure straight across from side seam to side seam, 2.5 cm below where the sleeve meets the body — that is the half-chest. Size 16 runs close to an adult S (52 cm), so a big junior may be better in the mens cut.
