Winning Spirit's CH01 is the straightforward everyday cap: a structured six-panel crown, pre-curved peak and adjustable hook-and-loop closure in 16 colours. The base price includes one optional DTF print on the centre front, making it an easy choice for staff uniforms, clubs, events and casual branded workwear.

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) for full-colour artwork with no colour limit. Our transfers are tested for 50+ washes when pressed and cared for as directed.

  • Front-centre print area is up to 10 cm wide × 5 cm high; final size depends on the artwork shape
  • This is a six-panel cap, so a centre seam runs through the print area. Keep very small text and critical fine detail away from the seam
  • Spot-clean where possible; if needed, hand wash gently in cold water
  • No bleach, fabric softener, tumble drying or ironing directly on the print
  • Reshape and air dry; leave 24 hours after printing before cleaning

Artwork

  • Best files: transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI at the finished size, or vector AI, EPS, PDF or SVG
  • JPGs, screenshots and photos of a logo are accepted. If the background needs cutting out, an artwork fee may apply — we always quote before starting
  • Text only? Add the wording and colour notes in the order notes and we can set it for free
  • Minimum line thickness 0.5 mm; avoid placing tiny details directly over the centre seam
  • White in the artwork prints as white ink. Areas where the cap colour should show through must be transparent
  • Up to 20 MB per file through the uploader; larger files can be emailed

Size guide

One size fits most adults. Adjust the short crossover hook-and-loop strap at the back for a comfortable fit.

Sizing and returns: printed caps are made to order, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or size swaps. We will replace or refund an item with a garment or print fault.
