  • Preferred files: transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the finished print size, vector artwork — AI, EPS or SVG — or a print-ready PDF.
  • We cannot print from: screenshots, photos of a logo or low-resolution web images. Please send the original artwork file instead.
  • If your file needs background removal, cleanup or redrawing, we’ll contact you before production. Any artwork fee is quoted in advance and only proceeds with your approval.

How to order

  1. Choose your colour.
  2. Upload your logo or artwork.
  3. Place your order. We will email a digital mock-up within 1 business day.
  4. Production starts after you approve the mock-up.

Turnaround

Printing and dispatch normally take 3–6 business days after artwork approval. Australia Post delivery is usually 2–5 business days. Shipping is $20 flat rate, or free when apparel orders exceed $180.

Print position guide

Front centre, up to 10 cm wide × 5 cm high. The six-panel front has a centre seam; very fine artwork may be adjusted slightly during the proofing stage. The on-page box is a position guide; exact placement is confirmed in your digital mock-up.

Print & care

Full-colour DTF transfer, designed to last 50+ washes with correct care. Hand wash or gentle cold wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly over the print.

Artwork

Upload PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, JPG or JPEG files up to 20 MB. Transparent-background, high-resolution artwork gives the best result. We will contact you if your file needs adjustment.

Printed headwear is made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items remain covered by Australian Consumer Law.
