Initial embroidery logo setup: $60 per design up to 10,000 stitches; $75 per design above 10,000 stitches. Repeat orders using an unchanged, approved embroidery file at the same size do not require new digitising; any file changes or additional setup requirements are confirmed before production.
Minimum embroidery charge: 8 logos per design. Orders below 8 logos are charged for 8 at the applicable stitch-count rate. Quantity pricing is based on the same design, finished size and position. The table already includes embroidery quantity pricing; other automatic decoration discounts do not apply to embroidery. Orders of 201 or more items, designs above 21,000 stitches and individual names are quoted separately.
Additional charges apply in the following situations, assessed case by case:
- Embroidery on caps, hats, backpacks, towels, ties or neckties, sleeves, and garments with lining.
- Logos using more than 8 colours.
- Specialty threads, including metallic threads.
- 3D embroidery.
- Embroidery on 4-in-1 jackets.
- Urgent or rush jobs.
- Sorting mixed garments or combining garments from different suppliers.
Additional charges depend on the artwork, item, placement and production requirements, including any combination of special requirements. The final price is confirmed by email before production.

Initial screen setup: $65 per colour, per print position. Repeat orders are quoted individually. Five or more colours and quantities above 1,000 are quoted separately. Screen printing prices do not receive additional DTF quantity discounts.
Additional charges apply where the following are required:
- Pre-production physical samples.
- Individual poly bagging.
- Sorting mixed garments or combining garments from different suppliers.
- Special inks, including metallic inks and fluorescent colours.
- A3 or larger print sizes.
- Printing on sleeves, pants or bags.
- Printing on nylon, waterproof or other thick fabrics, subject to suitability assessment.
- 3D puff printing.
- Urgent or rush orders.
- An additional screen or underprint on dark garments to help prevent dye migration.

Delivery & shipping
Blank garments normally dispatch within 1–3 business days from supplier warehouses, subject to stock. Transit time is additional.
Apparel shipping is $20 for one brand plus $10 for each additional brand. Styles, colours and sizes from the same brand do not add another brand charge. Shipping is free from $350 in discounted garments, excluding DTF transfers, garment printing add-ons and setup fees.
DTF transfers have a separate $12 shipping charge, waived from $120 in discounted transfers. Mixed orders combine the applicable apparel and transfer shipping charges. Sample packs incur no extra postage with paid products.
Blank and custom apparel may ship together or separately. Add a note or email us if you have a delivery request.
Custom apparel normally dispatches from Adelaide within 5–10 business days after artwork approval. A free digital mockup is supplied within one business day of receiving your order and artwork. Special orders may take longer; timing is confirmed before production. Transit time is additional.
Embroidery and screen printing pricing, garment suitability and timing are confirmed by email. Production starts after artwork approval.
Normal online orders are shipped. Adelaide pickup for DTF transfers is available to business customers by prior email arrangement only; personal pickup is not available.

Artwork requirements
For DTF printing
Upload a PNG, AI, EPS, vector PDF or SVG for each selected print position, maximum 20 MB per file. PNG artwork should be 300 DPI at the intended finished size, with transparent areas where no printing is required. Keep white artwork where white ink is required. Lines should be at least 0.5 mm thick.
The same artwork can be reused across styles, colours, sizes and positions. An initial $39.90 DTF artwork setup fee is added once to a cart containing DTF printing. Additional artworks are reviewed manually and any additional fees are confirmed by email before production.
For embroidery enquiries
Email a high-resolution PNG or vector artwork with the finished size, position, quantity and preferred thread colours. Transparency is not essential. Small text, fine lines, gradients and complex details may need adjustment; digitising and any changes are confirmed before production.
For screen printing enquiries
Email vector artwork (AI, EPS, vector PDF or SVG) where available, with garment quantity, ink colours, finished print size and position. Artwork and garment suitability are assessed before confirming the quote.

Black S–7XL; White XS–7XL. Other colours vary between XS–5XL and S–5XL. 4XL–7XL have size surcharges. Refer to the official RAMO chart below and its measurement labels. Garment measurements differ from body measurements; a flat half-chest width is not a full chest circumference.
