JB’s Wear 6DNTC classic-fit hi vis t-shirt in 180gsm 100% cotton, with JB’s reflective tape around the body and both sleeves, so it is rated for night work as well as day. This is the cotton alternative to our polyester mesh hi vis tee — softer against the skin and cooler for long days, and cotton does not melt the way polyester can. Print positions on hi vis

We print on the fluoro panel only, and always clear of the reflective tape. A logo pressed across the contrast panel sits half on fluoro and half on navy and reads as a mistake, the seam between the two panels presses unevenly, and pressing over the tape flattens it — which costs you the night rating this garment is bought for.

• Chest, sleeve and full back all sit inside the fluoro panel
• The back of this tee is fluoro from collar to hem, but it carries two tape hoops, which leaves one clear strip between the collar and the top band. The back print sits there, up in the shoulder area — around 25 × 15 cm rather than a full-height back print
• The sleeve tape sits low on a short sleeve, so sleeve logos go on the fluoro above the band and are small — a monogram or initials rather than a full logo
• Every order gets a free mockup before we press, so you see exactly where your logo lands and how big it is

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit and no setup fee. On 100% cotton the transfer sits soft and flexible, and ours are tested to 50+ washes with no cracking or fading.

• Chest pocket: the pocket sits on the wearer’s left, so the free chest logo is pressed just above it. Prefer it on the right chest instead? Leave a note when you order — same price
• Wash inside out, cold or warm (max 40°C), gentle cycle
• No bleach, no fabric softener on the print
• Hang dry, or tumble dry low
• Iron inside out only — never directly on the print, and never over the reflective tape
• Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Artwork

• Best files: PNG with a transparent background, or vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. These print exactly as supplied
• JPGs, screenshots and photos of a logo are still accepted. If the background has to be cut out an artwork fee may apply — we always quote before we start and you can approve or decline
• Text only — a business name, staff names or a slogan? Type it into the notes on this page and we set it for free
• 300 DPI at the final print size
• Minimum line thickness 0.5 mm so fine detail holds
• White in your artwork prints as white ink — if you want the garment colour to show through, make it transparent
• Up to 20 MB per file through the uploader; larger files, just email them

Size guide

All measurements in centimetres. Chest is a half-chest measurement — taken across the garment laid flat, not around your body.

How to measure: lay a tee you already wear flat with the sleeves out. Measure 2.5 cm down from where the sleeve joins the body, then straight across from side seam to side seam. This is 100% cotton, so allow for a little shrinkage on the first hot wash — wash cold and it holds its size.
