Please confirm your print size. A file's pixel dimensions are not its print size — the same logo can be printed at 5 cm or 25 cm. Tell us the width you want in cm above; otherwise we use the standard size for that position and show it in your free mockup.

Print positions on hi vis
We print on the fluoro panel only — a logo pressed across the contrast panel sits half on fluoro and half on navy and looks like a mistake, and the seam between the two panels presses unevenly.

- Day use only. Complies with AS/NZS 1906.4:2023, AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 and AS 4602.1:2024. There is no reflective tape, so it is not rated for night work. If you need day/night compliance, email us and we’ll quote a taped alternative.

Print & care
We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit, no setup fee, and it bonds to polyester that DTG cannot handle. Our transfers are tested to 50+ washes with no cracking or fading.
- Wash inside out, cold or warm (max 40°C), gentle cycle
- No bleach, no fabric softener on the print
- Hang dry, or tumble dry low
- Iron inside out only — never directly on the print
- Leave 24 hours before the first wash

How to measure: lay a fleecy you already wear flat. Measure straight across from side seam to side seam at the chest; do not halve a body measurement to get this number.
