JB’s Wear 6HFV Coloured Tricot Vest — a light 100% polyester tricot pull-on vest with contrast grey binding, in 10 bright colours. It goes straight over whatever someone is already wearing, which is why it works for open days, race marshals, working bees, school groups and warehouse visitors. The back is one clean unbroken panel, so that is where a big logo goes.

Print positions on a vest

• The front is an open V, so the two front panels are narrow. A chest print here is a small logo, roughly 9 × 6 cm — a crest, a name or a short word rather than a wide logo
• The wearer’s left panel carries a welt pocket. We press the chest logo above it, or use the right chest instead at no charge — just pick it on this page
• The back is the big one. One flat panel, up to 40 × 28 cm — the right place for a business name, “VISITOR”, “MARSHAL” or a full club logo
• Need lettering on both sides plus the back? Add the second chest as an extra location and we do all three

• 100% polyester tricot — light, quick drying and hard wearing
• Classic fit, open front with no fastening, contrast grey binding at the neck, front, armholes and hem
• Two lower pockets with hook-and-loop closure, plus a welt chest pocket on the wearer’s left
• 10 colours: Aqua, Black, Hot Pink, Lt Blue, Pea Green, Purple, Red, Royal, White and Yellow — sizes S–5XL in every colour, nothing greys out
• This is not a hi vis garment. It carries no reflective tape and is not certified to AS/NZS 1906.4 or AS/NZS 4602.1, so it cannot be used where a compliant hi vis vest is required. For a certified vest, see our hi vis range

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit, no setup fee, and it bonds to 100% polyester that DTG cannot handle. Our transfers are tested to 50+ washes with no cracking or fading.

• Wash inside out, cold or warm (max 40°C), gentle cycle
• No bleach, no fabric softener on the print
• Hang dry — tricot dries fast and does not need a dryer
• Iron inside out only — never directly on the print
• Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Artwork

• Best files: PNG with a transparent background, or vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. These print exactly as supplied
• JPGs, screenshots and photos of a logo are still accepted. If the background has to be cut out an artwork fee may apply — we always quote before we start and you can approve or decline
• Text only — a business name, a role like “MARSHAL”, or numbers? Type it into the notes on this page and we set it for free
• 300 DPI at the final print size
• Minimum line thickness 0.5 mm so fine detail holds
• White in your artwork prints as white ink — if you want the garment colour to show through, make it transparent
• Up to 20 MB per file through the uploader; larger files, just email them

Size guide

All measurements in centimetres. Chest is a half-chest measurement — taken across the garment laid flat, not around your body. Length is measured from the shoulder point. This vest is designed to be worn over a shirt or jumper, so it is cut wider than a polo of the same size.

How to measure: lay the garment you want it to fit over flat, measure straight across from side seam to side seam, and add a few centimetres. Because it pulls on over the top and has no fastening, the fit is forgiving — most crews order S/M/L/XL only and it works.
