Blue Whale’s T04 is a regular-fit tee in 200gsm 100% pre-shrunk cotton, knitted from premium air-jet spun yarn. It is heavier than a standard promo tee and comes in 32 colours — the widest colour range we stock — so it is the one to pick when the shirt has to match a brand colour, a club strip or an event theme. Choosing a colour

• 32 colours is a lot to scroll — if you are matching a brand colour, email us the hex or Pantone and we will tell you which is closest before you order
• DTF prints white ink under the artwork, so colours stay true on dark garments — a logo reads the same on Black as it does on White
• Marles (Ash Marle, Snow Marle) are a flecked yarn, so very fine detail sits on a slightly textured surface. Nothing is lost, but a hairline serif is happier on a solid colour

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit, no setup fee. Our transfers are tested for 50+ washes when pressed and cared for as directed.

• Wash inside out, cold or warm (max 40°C), gentle cycle
• No bleach, no fabric softener on the print
• Hang dry, or tumble dry low
• Iron inside out only — never directly on the print
• Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Artwork

• Best files: PNG with a transparent background, or vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. These print exactly as supplied
• JPGs, screenshots and photos of a logo are still accepted. If the background has to be cut out an artwork fee may apply — we always quote before we start and you can approve or decline
• Text only — a business name, staff names or a slogan? Type it into the notes on this page and we set it for free
• 300 DPI at the final print size
• Minimum line thickness 0.5 mm so fine detail holds
• White in your artwork prints as white ink — if you want the garment colour to show through, make it transparent
• Up to 20 MB per file through the uploader; larger files, just email them

Size guide

All measurements in centimetres. Chest is a half-chest measurement — taken across the garment laid flat, not around your body.

This is the same body as our Blue Whale T14 long sleeve tee, so the two size charts match cm for cm — order the same size in both. Blue Whale publishes a chest measurement for this style and not a body length. If you need the length before you commit, email us and we will measure one off the shelf for you.

How to measure: lay a tee you already wear flat. Measure straight across from side seam to side seam, 2.5 cm below where the sleeve meets the body — that is the half-chest. This is a regular fit, so it runs roomier than a fitted tee: at the same size it is about 1–3.5 cm wider in the half chest than our slim-fit JB’s Bobbin tee.
