Blue Whale P82 Hi Vis CoolDry Polo: 165gsm 100% polyester, short sleeve, single chest pocket with a button-down flap, fluoro upper body over a contrast lower panel. Print positions on hi vis

  • We only press onto the fluoro panel. A logo that crosses the fluoro/contrast seam sits half on each colour and the seam itself presses unevenly, so every position below sits above the split
  • The chest pocket sits on the wearer’s left. We press a left-chest logo just above it, or put your included print on the right chest at no extra charge — pick whichever you prefer on this page
  • Chest prints up to about 10 × 10 cm; sleeve prints above the cuff tipping, up to about 8 × 15 cm
  • The back is the big one — one clean fluoro panel, up to about 28 × 20 cm. That is where a business name belongs

  • 165gsm 100% polyester CoolDry. Blue Whale treats the yarn rather than the finished fabric — it costs them more, and it is the reason the wicking survives repeated washing instead of fading after a few
  • Regular fit, short sleeve, single chest pocket with button-down flap
  • Day use only. Complies with AS/NZS 4602.1:2024 Class D and AS/NZS 4399:2020. There is no reflective tape on this garment, so it is not rated for night work
  • UPF 50+ UV SMART, protection category Excellent
  • 3 colours: Fluoro Yellow/Navy, Fluoro Orange/Navy and Fluoro Yellow/Bottle. Sizes XS–5XL in all three

Print & care

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) — full colour, no colour limit, no setup fee, and it bonds to 100% polyester that DTG cannot handle. Our transfers are tested for 50+ washes when pressed and cared for as directed.

  • Wash inside out, cold or warm (max 40°C), gentle cycle
  • No bleach and no fabric softener on the print
  • Hang dry — CoolDry polyester dries fast and dryer heat is hard on the print
  • Never iron over the print
  • Leave 24 hours before the first wash

Artwork

  • Best files: PNG with a transparent background, or vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. These print exactly as supplied
  • JPGs, screenshots and photos of a logo are still accepted. If the background has to be cut out an artwork fee may apply — we always quote before we start and you can approve or decline
  • Text only — a business name, a role, or numbers? Type it into the notes on this page and we set it for free
  • 300 DPI at the final print size
  • Minimum line thickness 0.5 mm so fine detail holds
  • White in your artwork prints as white ink — if you want the garment colour to show through, make it transparent
  • Up to 20 MB per file through the uploader; larger files, just email them

Size guide

All measurements in centimetres. Chest is a half-chest measurement — taken across the garment laid flat, not around your body. Blue Whale publishes chest only for this style; we have not invented a body-length column. Need a length before you commit to a run, email us and we will measure one.
